This document is to introduce a standard Integration between Arcsite and Salesforce.
Log in to ArcSite user site, and go to the following Integrations - Apps page, click "Connect to Salesforce" button, and fill in required information.
Domain: by default is login.salesforce.com . For most case, it doesn't need change. If you want to connect to Salesforce Sandbox environment, set to:test.salesforce.com.
Fill in Consumer Key and Consumer Secret of Connected app just created.
Steps to get the Consumer Key and Consumer Secret:
Go to "App Manager",select the Connected App,Click "view" button from the dropdown list.

Find the Consumer Key and Consumer Secret.
Click "Save" and a Salesforce log in page will pop up. Fill in your credential and it will come back to API & Service page automatically when succeed. If you see "Salesforce Connected" text, it means the connection is successful.
The ArcSite OpenAPI uses API tokens to authenticate requests. You can view and manage your API tokens by visiting the ArcSite web UI.
Click the Generate new token to generate a new token for Salesforce

Please store the access token and it will be used in salesforce custom settings.
